At TERRA TROVE, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fabric that has been cut, customized, altered, or prepared to customer specifications.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Fabric Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately display fabric colors, patterns, and product images. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, printing processes, and manufacturing variations.

Minor variations in color, scale, texture, or placement of printed designs shall not be considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item supplied by TERRA TROVE.
