Delivery

• We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email address.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with any applicable packaging or tags.
• Cut fabrics, custom lengths, and cut-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–20 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
